MASSAGE PHILOSOPHY

Booking a massage can be overwhelming!

Do I want a "Deep Tissue", “Thai”, or a "Swedish" massage?  I've heard about lymphatic drainage but what does that mean? What will help my pain go away? How long should it be?

Menus are intimidating. I’m here to help.

My philosophy at Strong Hands is to provide a relaxing and therapeutic experience tailored to you and your individual needs.  No complicated bookings - just pick your time and we will come up with a comprehensive treatment plan together.  We'll discuss your needs and goals before every session and tailor the modalities and techniques to you. If you know what you are looking for more specifically, I can help with that too.

What few add-ons I offer are there to ensure I have enough time to fully deliver your massage experience. If you have questions about any of it, please reach out and let’s chat. I love to talk about massage and its myriad benefits!

Let my Strong Hands handle it.  You just relax and enjoy.

CONVENIENT LOCATION

Located right off of I-75 (exit 67, Rochester Road), I’m easy to get to, and easy to get home.

I transformed a small space in Maplewood Plaza from an empty room into a welcoming and comfortable studio space. I can’t wait for you to come check it out.

BENEFITS OF MASSAGE

For many conditions, massage can provide direct relief. For others, it can supercharge your body’s healing process. Sciatic pain, injury recovery, muscular imbalances, constipation, tight shoulders, stress from your job/family/life - these are just a few of the things I can help with!

At Strong Hands you will experience a variety of techniques seamlessly weaved together to create a therapeutic experience for specifically YOU.

Truly, just relieving stress is therapeutic. With Strong Hands you’ll get that plus more.
